However, our team will assist customers in coordinating with the courier company whenever possible.
Returns & Refund Policy

To process any return or refund claim, please record a complete video while opening your parcel. This video serves as proof in case the product is damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.-
